Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. Each plan is a flat monthly price per workspace. Invite as many editors, viewers, internal commenters, and teammates as you want. The price never changes. You only pay more when you move up a tier for more features, and the customers who submit feedback are always free and unlimited.
Is Crumb really free?
Yes, the Community edition is AGPL-3.0 and free to self-host forever, no Crumb account required. The whole stack runs from one docker compose file. Crumb Cloud is the optional hosted tier that manages the ops and unlocks AI + integrations.
What's the difference between self-host and Cloud?
Submit, triage, reply, the status flow, magic-link auth, and the embed widget are in both. Crumb Cloud adds managed email, one-click integrations (including CRM sync), the full AI suite (clustering, drafting, reply, and Ask), usage analytics, and session replay. Those are the paid differentiators.
What's in Enterprise?
Everything in Growth with no usage limits, plus SSO/SAML and SCIM, a DPA and security review, an SLA with dedicated support, and data-residency options. Audit log and team roles are built into every edition. Contact sales and we'll scope it to your needs.
Can I self-host the paid features?
On self-host you can bring your own SMTP relay and register your own apps for Slack, Teams, Linear, Jira, GitHub, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and usage analytics is always on. Managed email, one-click OAuth, the AI suite, and session replay are Cloud features by design.
